Warnings:
Pregnant or nursing women and children under the age of 21 should avoid using this product.
Use of L-Theanine while using cancer chemotherapeutic agents should be done under medical supervision. Do not expose the body to sunlight or UV rays while wearing the patch.
Drug Interactions:
When melatonin is used with prescription drugs that promote sleepiness, the effects of the drug may be exaggerated, resulting in sedation or mental impairment. Individuals who take medicine for high blood pressure should talk to a doctor or pharmacist before taking melatonin. Individuals who take an antidepressant, such as Fluvoxamine, should not take melatonin. Taking melatonin is not recommended for patients who take cyclosporine and related drugs. It is best not to take melatonin and corticosteroids, such as hydrocortisone, at the same time.
Food Interactions:
In several small studies of humans, caffeine has been shown to reduce the amounts of melatonin that the body produces naturally and also to block supplemental melatonin.
No other interactions between melatonin and foods have been reported, but drinking alcohol at the same time as taking melatonin may result in increased drowsiness.
Do not use this product in conjunction with taking supplemental catnip, kava, St John's wort, or valerian.

Limitation of activity:
This patch is intended to assist in acheiving sleep. Therefore, do not use before any activity requiring alertness or physical activity.
Directions:
Apply a patch to the inner arm or upper body approximately 2-3 hours before bedtime. Wear the patch for 8-12 hours during sleep and remove immediately upon waking. Wash the area where worn thoroughly even using a small amount of rubbing alcohol to remove any adhesive residue.
Storage:
Keep the patches sealed in original container until just prior to use. Do not store in direct sunlight or in areas where temperature exceeds 100 degrees F.
